Your shortcut to becoming a more confident trail runner
Run further. Run stronger. Run the trails with extra confidence.

Who is this course for?
The fast‑track to 10K course is perfect for people who:
✅ Can already run 5km without stopping and have the goal to run a trail 10K.
✅ Want to improve, especially when hills are involved!
✅ Love the trails and want to feel stronger and more confident on them.
✅ Have limited time and want a clear, efficient plan that actually works.
What's included?
Five trail runs in a small group, at five different locations, all perfect for trail running:

-
This flat 5km run is the perfect way for us to start the course.
-

-
A hilly 6km run - we'll walk the ascents and run the flats.

Week 3: Cleeve Hill (9th Sept)
-
This 8km route combines almost every type of trail running terrain - woods, grass, rocky paths and farm tracks.

Week 4: Leckhampton Hill (16th Sept)
-
Epic views of Gloucestershire will greet us when we run up, over and around a lovely 9km route on Leckhampton Hill.

Week 5: Lineover Wood & Dowdeswell Wood (23rd Sept)
-
We'll link two different woody terrains, with a good amount of elevation gain thrown in for good measure: 10km with 350m elevation gain.
-
Estimated duration: 2 hours minimum
-
Let's mark the end of the course with a post-run drink at Dunkertons!
